2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros. If you shop from another country, you may see them converted into your local currency and, outside the European Union, your country may charge import duties or taxes. The final price, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs, is always shown before you pay and is the price applied to your order. We may change prices and promotions at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.
We do our best to make photos and descriptions accurate, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. How to place an order
- Choose the product, colour and quantity, and add it to the cart.
- Enter your shipping details and payment method.
- Review the summary and confirm your purchase.
- We send you a confirmation email with your order details.
We may cancel an order if we detect an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or signs of fraud. In that case we'll let you know and refund the full amount.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Returns and guarantee
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee, in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity. Full details in our Refund policy.
7. Using the product
Caza Bichos is designed to catch and release small household insects and spiders. Use it carefully and follow the instructions. Do not use it on wasp or bee nests or with dangerous animals; in those cases, call a professional. Keep it out of reach of young children without supervision.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of this website belong to Caza Bichos or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by using the product other than as intended, or for website interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a problem, please contact us first: almost everything can be sorted out by talking. If we can't reach an agreement, you may contact the consumer authorities or courts available to you as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published at the time of your purchase.
