We want your Caza Bichos to arrive fast and with no surprises, wherever you are.
🌍 Free worldwide shipping
Every order ships with free standard shipping and a tracking number, to Spain, the rest of the European Union and any other country we ship to. If we can't ship to your address, we'll let you know before you pay.
⏱️ Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery to Spain: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery to the rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the country.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods or for reasons beyond our control (strikes, weather, customs) delivery may take longer; if that happens, we'll let you know.
🛃 Customs and taxes (outside the European Union)
Outside the European Union, the destination country may charge duties, import taxes or customs handling fees. These are set by each country and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, are paid by the recipient.
📦 Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number.
🙋 Order not arrived?
If 10 business days have passed since dispatch (20 outside Spain) and you haven't received it, email us at bichocero4@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with you.
🏠 Delivery address
Please check your address before paying. If you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible: if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it.
