If your Caza Bichos doesn't convince you, we'll give you your money back. It's that simple.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to try it. If you're not happy, we refund 100% of the product price.
This guarantee is in addition to your legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days as a consumer in the European Union, which you can use without giving any reason.
📝 How to request a return
- Email us at bichocero4@gmail.com with your order number and, if you like, the reason.
- We'll reply with the instructions and the return address.
- Send us the product in good condition, with everything it came with.
💶 Refund
Once we receive and check the product, we refund the amount to the same payment method you used, within 5 to 10 business days and never later than 14 calendar days from when you tell us you want to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you show proof that you've sent it.
🛠️ Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives broken or faulty, email us with a photo within a reasonable time after receiving it and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law.

📄 Right of withdrawal: how to use it
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the product.
To use it, send us a clear statement, for example by email to bichocero4@gmail.com or by post to Calle Sanchonuño 8 1j, 28034 Madrid, Spain. You can use the template below, but it isn't mandatory. You just need to tell us before the period ends.
We will refund all payments received, including the original shipping costs (except any extra cost if you chose a delivery other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from when you inform us. We'll use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, at no cost to you. You must return the product within 14 calendar days of telling us your decision. You are only liable for any loss in value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature and how it works.
