Shipping policy

We want your Caza Bichos to arrive quickly and without surprises, wherever you are.

🌍 Free shipping worldwide

All orders include free standard shipping, with a tracking number, to Spain, the rest of the European Union, and any other country we ship to. If we cannot ship to your address, we will let you know before you pay.

⏱️ Timelines

• Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
• Delivery in Spain: 4 to 8 business days from shipping.
• Delivery worldwide: 7 to 15 business days from shipping, depending on the country.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather, customs), timelines may be extended; if this happens, we will let you know.

🛃 Customs and taxes (outside the European Union)

Outside the European Union, the destination country may charge tariffs, import taxes, or customs processing fees. Each country sets these, and unless otherwise stated at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

📦 Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can also check it on Track my order.

🙋 Your order hasn't arrived?

If 10 business days have passed since shipping (20 if it is outside Spain) and you have not received it, write to us at bichocero4@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with you.

🏠 Delivery address

Double-check your address before paying. If you made a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: if the order has not yet shipped, we will correct it without any problem.
