If you're not satisfied with your Caza Bichos, we'll refund you. It's that simple.
↩️ 30-day guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to try it. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund 100% of the product price.
This guarantee is in addition to your legal 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal as a consumer in the European Union (Articles 102 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), which you can exercise without giving any reason.
📝 How to request a return
- Write to us at bichocero4@gmail.com with your order number and, if you wish, the reason.
- We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
- Send us the product in good condition, with everything it included.
💶 Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll refund the amount to the same payment method you used, within 5 to 10 business days and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that you have sent it.
🛠️ Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives broken or defective, write to us with a photo within a reasonable time after receiving it and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. You are also covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by law.

📄 Right of withdrawal: how to exercise it
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without stating a reason. The period begins on the day you (or someone you designate other than the carrier) receive the product.
To exercise this right, notify us with a clear statement, for example by email to bichocero4@gmail.com or by letter to Calle Sanchonuño 8, 28034 Madrid, Spain. You can use the form below, although it is not mandatory. Simply notify us before the period expires.
We will refund all payments received, including the initial shipping costs (except for any additional cost if you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping), without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us. We will use the same payment method you used, unless we agree on another, at no cost to you. You must return the product to us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision. You are only liable for any reduction in the product's value if it is due to use other than that necessary to check its nature and functionality.
