Frequently Asked Questions

What bugs is it suitable for?

For spiders, bees, ladybugs, flies, and other household-sized bugs. If the bug doesn't fit entirely inside the clear dome, it's best not to try.

Does it harm them?

It's not designed to kill them, but to get them outside. Close the lid slowly so you don't catch their legs.

Do I have to get very close?

You hold it by the handle, so your hand stays away from the bug. It's not a long stick: for very high ceilings, it's not the most convenient.

How do I clean it?

With water and a little soap.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free worldwide. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes between 4 and 8 business days in Spain and between 7 and 15 business days in the rest of the world.

Is there a discount if I buy several?

Until October 31, with the Halloween Special: 2 units for €39.95 and 3 units for €49.95 (or the equivalent in your currency). The discount is applied only in the cart and you can mix colors.

What if I don't like it?
