2. Products and Prices
Prices are shown in euros. The final price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs if any, is always shown before payment and is the price that applies to your order. We may change prices and promotions at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
We strive to ensure that photos and descriptions are accurate, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. How to Place an Order
- Choose the product, color, and quantity, and add it to your cart.
- Provide your shipping details and payment method.
- Review the summary and confirm your purchase.
- We will send you a confirmation email with the order details.
We may cancel an order if we detect an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, or signs of fraud. In that case, we will notify you and refund the full amount.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Returns and Warranty
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee, in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty of conformity. Full details are available in our Returns Policy.
7. Product Use
Caza Bichos is designed for capturing and releasing small, household-sized insects and spiders. Use it carefully and follow the instructions. Do not use it on wasp or bee nests or with dangerous animals; in those cases, call a professional. Keep it out of reach of unsupervised young children.
8. Intellectual Property
The text, images, logos, and design of this website belong to Caza Bichos or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by using the product in a manner other than instructed, or for website interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
10. Governing Law and Complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a problem, write to us first: almost everything can be resolved by talking. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the consumer services of your autonomous community or municipality (for example, the Consumer Arbitration Board) or the courts in your place of residence as a consumer.
