Want to know where your Caza Bichos is? Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number. Paste it here and we'll show you where your shipment is.

📦 How does it work?

  1. Order confirmed: you'll receive a confirmation email right away.
  2. Preparation: we'll prepare it within 1 to 3 business days.
  3. On its way: we'll email you the tracking number. Delivery takes between 4 and 8 business days in Spain and between 7 and 15 business days worldwide.
  4. Out for delivery and delivered: we'll email you when it's out for delivery and when it's delivered.

You can also check the status of your order at any time using the "View your order" button in the confirmation email.

If the tracking hasn't been updated for several days or more than 10 business days have passed since shipping (20 if it's outside Spain), email us at bichocero4@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with you.
